Michael Abraham and David Tapnack

Michael has 30 years of private equity, transaction, financing and capital markets experience, principally at UBS Investment Bank. He was Head of EMEA Financial Sponsors and later Vice Chairman, Global Financial Sponsors.

He advised private equity firms on over 100 acquisitions, financings and exits, and has longstanding relationships across private equity and the wider investment community.

Today, Michael advises and invests in established growth businesses, working directly with founders, management teams and shareholders on financing, transactions and strategic decisions.

David spent 25 years at PwC, where he was a partner and Head of Commercial across the firm’s £6bn UK business. Within Deals, he built, grew and turned around businesses, founded Deals Insight and Analytics, and served as COO of Forensics and Chief People Officer for Transactions.

He has worked on more than 60 private equity transactions and value creation programmes.

He later co-founded Unity Advisory and co-led its $300m equity raise from Warburg Pincus.

Today, David invests in established growth businesses and works with founders and management teams on growth, operating performance, technology, data and AI, and transactions. He also serves as a non-executive director, senior adviser and coach to businesses, founders and investors.
